HOW TO PERFORM

Grind the herbs and salt together into a powder. Cut the orange slices in half and top with olive oil and herbs. In the shower, scrub down imagining all of the negative energetic debris sloughing off and down the drain to be carried away from you. Towel off. Tiffany suggests finishing with a protective oil to seal it in.
